DPSS is a non-government, non-profit and non-political development organization working with poor and vulnerable communities, with particular emphasis on women and children.

WHO WE ARE

People-centred development from the community upward

Founded on 1 June 2009 in Sholla, Nawabganj, Dhaka, DPSS works through participatory and integrated development approaches. The organization combines awareness, institution building, skills, livelihoods, health, education and community action to help people strengthen their own capacity and choices.

Human rights, empowerment, skills development and support for vulnerable women and children.

Livelihoods & Enterprise

Microcredit, income-generating activities, entrepreneurship and practical skills for sustainable livelihoods.
